Create an account
1. Go to the EMETH GPU POOL website.
2. Click the [Sign Up] button and enter the required information to create an account.
– Required information: Email address, Password
– Optional: Social login (Google, GitHub)
3. After registering, open the confirmation email sent to the registered email address and click the link to activate your account.
Profile Settings
1. Log in to your account and go to the dashboard.
2. Click the account icon in the upper right and configure the following from [Settings].
– Register an SSH public key (required to connect to an instance)
Buying Credits
1. Click the + icon next to the Balance column in the header.

2. Click [Add Credit] and enter the amount you want to add to your balance to make your purchase.

3. After purchase, your available credit balance will be reflected on your dashboard.
Finding and launching GPU instances
1. Go to the Search GPU page in the dashboard.
2. Use the following filters to find the GPU instance that fits your requirements:
– GPU type (e.g. A100, RTX 3090)
– Memory size
– CPU and RAM specs
– Location
3. Confirm the selected instance and click the Deploy button.

4. Select an OS template (e.g. Ubuntu, Windows, PyTorch, TensorFlow, etc.)

5. Customize the necessary specifications on the [Confirm your instance] screen and check the cost in the Cost column.
6. Click the [Confirm] button to start the instance deployment and move to the [Instance Management] page. Some instances are in the Starting state, but once the deployment is complete, they will be in the Running state, so please wait until then. Deployment takes 1 minute to a maximum of 30 minutes. Please rest assured that no costs will be incurred during the deployment time.


Connect to your instance
1. Check that the instance is in Running state on the [Your Instances] screen of the dashboard.
2. Click the [Action] button for the instance in Running state to display the [Connect] button. Clicking this button displays the connection information for the instance.

3. Connecting to a Linux template:
The connection information will be displayed in the following format, so just copy it and run it from the terminal.ssh -p <PORT> <USER>@<INSTANCE_IP>

4. Connecting to a Windows template:
The connection information is displayed in the following format:<USER>@<INSTANCE_IP>:<PORT>

Open the Remote Desktop Client and enter in <INSTANCE_IP>:<PORT>
the Computer field and <USER>
in the UserName field to connect.

When you try to connect, you will be asked for password authentication, so please enter the password you set on the [Confirm Your Instance] screen.


Managing instances
Perform the following operations as necessary:
– [Start/Stop] : Start/Stop the instance
– [Reboot] : Reboot the instance
– [Terminate] : Delete the instance (when you are finished using it)
